What to expect during your Thailand CEO Retreat

Day 1

  • 9 am — Slow breakfast at your resort.

  • 11 am — Gifts & Welcome. I’ll meet you at your resort where will gently ease into the day with a grounding card pull.

  • 12 pm — Timeline Jumping Initiation Ceremony where I will lead you through an embodiment of your future self.

  • 1 pm — Legacy Lunch where we will enjoy delicious food as we talk about the legacy you want to create.

  • 2 pm — Offer Suite Audit Coaching Session where we will assess your current offerings and make any adjustments to ensure they seamlessly fit your ideal lifestyle and provide the variety and impact you desire.

  • 3 pm — Solo integration and exploration where you can relax, take in the sites, and let curiosity be your guide. You came all this way! Enjoy this beautiful island.

  • 5:30 pm — Meet me at the tree house for a sunset dinner and Magnetic Marketing Coaching Session where we’ll dial in your most compelling messaging and create a customized marketing strategy.

  • 8 pm — Return to your lodgings or have a moonlit swim. The choice is yours!

Day 2

  • 10:30 am — Pricing Coaching Session where we will create a pricing structure that increases your revenue and entry points for every segment of your audience.

  • 12 pm — Sales System Coaching Session where you will create a repeatable sales protocol and gain the confidence to convert your audience into paying clients.

  • 1 pm — Personal Lunch where you can pick my brain about launching a podcast, leading your own international retreats, or pivoting to coaching.

  • 1:40 pm — Traditional Thai Massage.

  • 3 pm — Growth Strategy Coaching Session where we will customize a manageable but ambitious growth plan in which you are fully supported to achieve the results you’re after and have the clear steps and strategy to support it.

  • 4 pm — Celebration Ceremony where we will seal your wish for the future and celebrate all you’ve accomplished.

  • 4:30 — End of CEO Day. Continue your island adventure or head to the northern Thailand city of Chang Mai.

Preparing for your CEO Day

1 month before

  • Get to know you call — We’re about to travel internationally together and I want want you to have a great time. We’ll discuss what you need to feel safe, what you really want out of the time, and if you’re wanting a more relaxed/vacation vibe or a more worky but still luxurious vibe?

2 (or more) days before

  • Fly into Bangkok, Thailand (BKK). If you have extra time, spend a few days in Bangkok exploring.

  • Begin to adjust to timezone change.

  • Get a traditional Thai massage, hop on the water taxi, and enjoy delicious street food.

1 day before

  • 10 am — Fly from Bangkok to local airport at port city

  • 11:30 — Take prebooked van from airport to port

  • 2 pm — I will meet you that the port and we will take the speed boat together to the island (approx 45 min trip)

  • 3 pm — Arrive at island and check in at resort

  • 6 pm — Dinner at your resort

  • 8 pm — Get some rest

  • Please just ask! Whenever possible I am happy to make adjustments. The point of a CEO Retreat is to make it fully customizable to you.

  • Yes! The cost of your CEO Retreat and many parts of your travel expenses are considered business expenses. (Always check with your accountant!) That is honestly one of my favorite parts of this offer. You get to go on an amazing trip while getting high level support for your business! It’s a win win.

  • No, your transportation is not included in the cost of your CEO Retreat.

  • 2 days or more is ideal to give yourself time to adjust to the time zone change. Plus you will have done some significant traveling! Make the most of your time and if possible come early and/or stay late. Talk to your own accountant about how much of your travel expenses, food, and accommodations can be classified as business expenses.

  • We are available to make some suggestions, however you are responsible for making your own arrangements to and from the location of your CEO Retreat. In some cases Felicia or a Bad Therapist team member will meet you along your journey to bring you to your accomodations.

  • Yes! The spa treatment is meant to help you relax so the last thing I want to do if have to stressing if that doesn’t work for you. If a spa treatment isn’t to your liking, I’ll make sure to organize a different treat for you.

  • Because we prepay and prebook for for aspects of your CEO Day, it’s not possible to offer refunds. However, we do want you to be happy and have the best experience. So if you need accommodations, please don’t hesitate to ask.

  • My desire is for you to have the best experience and whenever possible I will try to be flexible. However, since many elements of your CEO Day have been prebooked and an international CEO Retreat takes even more planning, reschedules may not be available.
